Managing Your Website Hosting PLESK is a browser based application that allows you to manage many aspects of your website. Using PLESK, you can:        Administer your email accounts Generate usage statistics  Manage your files on the server Change passwords Add and remove FrontPage extensions  Create and manage an effective single page website Create protected directories (SSL and non-SSL), assign users to them Switch entire domain ON/OFF Create & manage email auto-responses Add email, FTP and Web users Check your disk usage Manage server logs Configure and install common CGI scripts Check the status of the web server Build your e-commerce using OS Commerce Monitor your disk usage and bandwidth Manage your MySQL database Set up a private or generic SSL certificate on your domain Create a website using SiteBuilder Point your domain When you are logged into PLESK, you can open an application by clicking on the appropriate category in the main menu. To open an application, click on its name. Please note that you may not have access to applications that are not included in your package. Details on some of these applications can be found below.

Very user friendly.  Simply double clicking on the icon will open the option up Some icons (functions) may not be available to you in regards to which hosting package you are on.

Mail Setup & Configuration  User friendly interface which gives you complete administration permissions to add/delete/modify your domain email accounts  You can create only a certain amount of free domain email addresses according to each individual hosting package.  Plesk also gives you webmail so that you can check your  domain email accounts online anywhere in the world.   Plesk mail is a fully managed email service that offers superior reliability and features over other email systems.  Plesk Mail is economical. Because it is a convenient service,  upgrade costs and maintenance costs are eliminated. Plesk Mail makes you more productive  Your users, employees and customers will all see the difference from EasyMail. Powerful and useful features mean you can do things that improve your everyday business. For instance, Plesk Mail – Plesk supports POP3, and Web Mail so your employees can securely access their mail from any location. This enables work-at-home, overtime and traveling employees to be more productive. Auto responders – Gives you the ability to notify correspondents of short-term absences. Improve customer service and manage expectations of your communications partners. SPAM-filtering (somewhat limited) – Block unsolicited bulk email from your company that ties up servers, degrades your system performance and distracts employees with redundant or offensive messages. Catch Alls – Set up email addresses that direct multiple mail addresses to a single address. Great for setting up email response queues that can centrally gather sales@, marketing@ and info@yourcompany.com. *Some of the options may not be available according to your hosting package.

Back Up This feature allows the customer the ability to back up their website. You can also schedule routine backups to ensure constant integrity of your website.

File Manager The file manager feature allows you to upload content into your web account

FrontPage Manager Plesk does support FrontPage extensions. NOTE: Installing the FrontPage extensions will remove some advanced administrative functions. This is done intentionally so that FrontPage users do not corrupt their sites. FTP access is removed for this reason.  FTP access can be re-added at your request by our staff.

Web Statistics  It produces usage statistics from your website's server logs.
